Summary

  • New booking form's car dropdown now marks a car red when it has any other booking that same day, instead of only when the entered pickup time/duration overlaps. The car stays visible and selectable — it's not hidden.
  • Committed CLAUDE.md (existed locally, was never checked in) and removed the stale plans/chauffeur-offer-html-email.md (feature already shipped in v1.61.0).

Test plan

  • Verified in browser via Playwright: a car with a same-day booking (no time overlap) shows red with the conflicting booking's time/client in the label; a car with no booking that day stays unstyled.

task.md hadn't been touched since v1.84.9; logged the Next.js 16
upgrade, dead-code cleanup, chauffeur job-change notifications, env var
renames, and live schedule updates/UI fixes, plus the Turbopack
dynamic-filesystem-access warnings as a new pending item.
Car availability was only flagged as double-booked when the entered
pickup time/duration overlapped an existing assignment. Now any car
with another booking the same day is marked red, regardless of time,
while staying visible and selectable in the dropdown.
CLAUDE.md existed on disk with project guidance for Claude Code but
had never been added to git. plans/chauffeur-offer-html-email.md was
deleted locally after its feature shipped in v1.61.0 but the deletion
was never committed.
